Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is made between Ocean (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Data Processor”) and enterprise users, visitors and cooperative customers (the “Data Controller”).

1. Purpose

This agreement regulates the collection, processing, storage and protection of business contact data and public consultation data on our official website, and complies with GDPR and international data compliance requirements.

2. Scope of Data Processing

We only process non-sensitive business data submitted actively by users, including enterprise contact information, consultation content and public demand information.

We will not collect any sensitive data such as race, religion, health information or private sensitive content.

3. Data Processing Obligations

Process data only for the purpose of business communication, technical support and after-sales service.
Establish data security mechanisms to prevent leakage, loss and illegal access.
Not transfer user data to overseas unapproved third parties without explicit consent.

4. Data Deletion

When you request to delete your relevant information, we will complete data cleaning within a reasonable time limit.

5. Compliance

Both parties shall abide by local data protection laws and international regulatory requirements in cross-border business cooperation.
