1.Accidents caused by human factors rather than product quality defects
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by improper use by the user, including but not limited to collision and burnout.
2.Unauthorized modification or disassembly
The Company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the user’s unauthorized modification, disassembly or opening of the product without the Company’s authorization.
3.Damage due to incorrect installation, use and operation
The Company shall not be liable for repair or compensation in the event of product damage or water ingress resulting from failure to follow the instructions for proper installation, use and operation.
4.Self-repair and assembly of parts
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the user’s self-repair or replacement of parts without official instructions.
5.Circuit modification and improper matching of accessories
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the user’s circuit modification or use of non-recommended battery packs or chargers without referring to the official manual.
6.Operation in harsh environments
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by operating the product in harsh environments such as strong currents and heavy waves.
7.Complex electromagnetic environments or strong interference sources
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by using the product in complex electromagnetic environments or areas with strong interference sources, such as mining areas, transmitting towers, high-voltage lines and substations.
8.Interference with other wireless devices
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by using the product under mutual interference with other wireless devices, such as transmitters, video transmission signals and Wi-Fi signals.
9.Use of non-certified third-party components
The Company shall not be liable for reliability, compatibility issues or damage caused by simultaneous use with uncertified third-party components.
10.Battery issues
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by insufficient discharge due to low power or defective batteries.
11.Use in sensitive areas
The Company shall not be liable for any problems caused by operating underwater drones in sensitive areas such as military bases, nature reserves and marine protected areas.
12.Force majeure factors
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by force majeure factors, including undercurrents, cave collapses, animal attacks, etc.
13.Tampered labels or identification codes
The Company shall not be liable for any products or components whose labels have been replaced or identification codes have been erased.
